Here are a few features that Integrated Systems deliver:

• Lights are dimmed, non-essential motor loads are de-energized, and HVAC setpoints are modulated in a coordinated response to electrical power consumption approaching a preset (high) level.
• A single Occupancy sensor in a room controls the lights and HVAC for that room, and when the security system is armed, that same Occupancy sensor monitors the room for the security system.  1 sensor for 3 systems = lower costs.
• When someone in a building presents a valid card to the card access controller to gain access to an area of the building, the lights for that area turn on and the HVAC for that area is set to occupied mode.
